Refunds Policy

1. Due to Covid 19 and also for hygiene reasons Items such as innerwear and socks cannot be exchanged & refunded.

2. For other category of products we will confirm by email once we have received your product. After inspection we will notify you if you shall be eligible for a refund.

3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

4. Shipping cost for return of goods will be borne by the customer and shall be reduced from the refund amount. We shall arrange for the pick up of the Goods once we receive your request on email.

5. Hoe reserves the right to refuse to return and refund a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged has been worn/used or has missing Tags/Labels or for reasons not due to any mistake from our side.
